OPEN ENROLLMENT STARTING IN DECEMBER

The Transform Power Workforce Hub (TPWH) equips Massachusetts residents to begin a fulfilling career in the clean energy industry by providing custom-tailored training for clean energy roles.

Training Program

To ensure the start of a fulfilling career in the clean energy field, TPWH enrolls participants into an 8- to 20-week training pathway consisting of technical, industry and professional knowledge. Pathways are chosen based on the participant’s previous experience and career interests.

Support Services

TPWH will provide services and support for applicants, including:

• Tuition subsidies for technical skill development in the community
• Enrollment in energy-sector-specific coursework
• Incentive stipends to support program continuation, including financial aid for reduced work hours during training
• Professional development sessions with our team and partners
• Regular check-ins with our partners to ensure participants are thriving and progressing toward their learning goals

Job Placement and Continued Support

TPWH supports job placement for all attendees, helping participants match with employers after the program. We work with our clean energy industry partners to identify matches with participants. After placement, Transform Power Systems supports program participants and their employers to ensure ongoing career development support, additional training, and a network for continued success.

• Electrical Engineers
• Project Managers
• Customer Service Representatives
• Field Service Engineer
• Sr. Technical Operations Specialist
• Project Manager – Grid Integration

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must be a resident of Massachusetts and have either a bachelor’s degree OR high school equivalent degree with five years of work experience. Experience does not need to be in the clean energy sector, just a willingness to commit to the training and principles of our program.
